Golf Course Redevelopment

 

Rochester Hills, Michigan

     

This project involved demolition and remediation activities associated with redevelopment of a golf course in Rochester Hills, Michigan.  Historical maintenance operations (including equipment repair, cleaning, painting and fueling) were the source of the soil and groundwater impacts, which were identified at the rear of and extending underneath the maintenance building.
